I'm A Celebrity 2021 champion Danny Miller has ruled out a return to the ITV series, as it heads back to Australia later this year - following him winning the series nearly a year ago.
Normally, the previous winner of the show hands over the crown to the next champion, while this hasn't happened for some series.
Now, Emmerdale 's Aaron Dingle actor Danny has spilled he probably won't be able to head to Oz to perform these duties, because of other commitments.
He also admitted he hadn't been asked, while this will be the first series in Australia since 2019.
Speaking on ITV's Lorraine on Wednesday, he told host Lorraine Kelly he would likely be busy in panto around the time the series wraps up.
Lorraine asked: "Now look, usually the person who wins goes and hands over the crown. It's gonna be in Australia this year, as we know. Will you get a wee holiday in Australia?"
He said: "It would be nice wouldn't it. Well I'm actually doing panto this year, oh yes I am. So I won't be able to make it, but I'm not sure they would have invited me anyway.
"It's kind of... it felt like two different shows."
Danny recently addressed his return to Emmerdale after quitting last year, just in time for the soap's 50th anniversary.
Despite having spent eight years on the show previously, Danny said going back felt like his first day at school.
He said: "It was nerve-racking and quite anxiety-provoking. My wife Steph is absolutely amazing and she always calms me down, which is obviously the reason I married her.
“We always let each other know how we feel, so the day before I went back to Emmerdale, I said to her, ‘I’m feeling really anxious’.
“I’d thought of staying over in a hotel the night before but I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. I’d have been a nervous wreck because she wasn’t there.
"I’ve just had 12 months off, so my brain hasn’t really been exercised in that way for a whole year. I was worried whether I’d still be able to do it – was I going to sound the same? There were so many strange and stupid thoughts that weren’t necessary.
“It felt like the first day back at school, I even made myself a little packed lunch like a nine-year-old boy and I left 45 minutes early, just to make sure I wasn’t late."
Danny went on: "I built myself up into a bit of a state and had a few butterflies. But I talked it through with Steph and we broke it down.
“She made me realise it was almost like I was just going back to say hello and tie up a few things, and say happy 50th birthday to Emmerdale. I wasn’t going to be there for long, so I should just enjoy it.
“I was glad of her being there. She settled me down and the day before I went in, our son Albert was teething, so he kept me busy. It meant that by the end of the day I was knackered, so I slept OK.”
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV and ITV Hub, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
