Emmerdale's Amy Walsh says 'it's finally out' as she makes TV admission

Emmerdale actress Amy Walsh has announced a return to our screens as she said the news is "finally out".

The Tracy Metcalfe star left the long-running ITV soap to go on maternity leave after welcoming her first child in December with partner Toby-Alexander Smith, who plays EastEnders villain Gray Atkins. It is understood her soap departure is only temporary and that Tracy is set to return.

On Thursday, Amy, 36, told her many social media followers she will be back on TV "soon".
