Emmerdale revealed Caleb Miligan had help, it seems, amid his plan to bring down Kim Tate on the ITV soap.
Viewers know that Caleb is pretending to work with Kim, but her business partner is actually plotting to steal everything she has and leave her with nothing.
The latest episode revealed Caleb was escalating his plan, as she continued to worry about a mystery heir of her late husband Frank Tate's, who was after a settlement.
Soon enough the identity of the person Caleb had been secretly speaking with was revealed, and it won't be good news for Kim.
While it's not thought viewers have met the character, it could be someone she is doing business with - while she called them a different name to the person Caleb was speaking to on Thursday night.
It was recently revealed that Caleb is the secret son of her ex-husband Frank Tate, and Caleb believes he is the rightful heir to Home Farm and Kim's fortune.
He and his secret son Nicky, the Home Farm nanny, are working together to bring down Kim and take everything she has.
Kim stole money from Frank after his death and hid assets, while Frank was also the original owner of Home Farm when he lived there with Kim and his children Chris and Zoe.
Caleb is keen to get everything he can and leave her with nothing, and on Thursday night fans saw him step up his revenge plan.
On Thursday night, Caleb was seen hiding a call from a man named 'A', while he has also been on mystery calls all this week.
When viewers saw him speaking on the phone he called the man Adrian, before revealing they were working together to target Kim.
It's then that Caleb urged him to call Kim straight away to move forward with their plan and "raise the temperature".
Within seconds, Kim got a phone call from someone she knew linked to a hotel complex investment.
The person on the phone, who she didn't call Adrian, claimed they'd heard she had financial issues.
Kim revealed to partner Will Taylor that it was the developers of a hotel complex in Dubai she was working with, and that she could risk losing the development and her assets tied into it.
She assured the person on the phone there were no issues, and seemingly left the village to meet them or the company to discuss matters.
Given Caleb asked Adrian to call Kim or "make a call", and the fact Kim received a call as soon as the Caleb scene finished, it would suggest it's someone known to Kim and that he could be hiding his identity and plan to her.
Either that, or the person speaking to Caleb wasn't the same person who then phoned Kim, but instead they made the anonymous tip off to the developers about the finances.
With the person speaking to Caleb making it clear they were working together against Kim, it's safe to guess that someone within her Dubai development is in on the revenge plan, and that this too is another means of taking her money - or that someone else is using the development to get to Kim.
Whether viewers will meet Adrian and he is linked to the Dubai project, or not, remains to be seen.
