Emmerdale has given a glimpse at what fans can expect from the deadly windstorm that leaves lives on the line during the 50th anniversary episodes.
The village will be changed forever later this month, when a devastating storm hits the Dales and spurs on a series of events.
Now, a new picture has revealed the devastation caused to the village for the first time, with fallen down trees and debris causing chaos.
The famous entrance to the village is shown blocked by a fallen tree, with branches and rocks all over the floor, as a dark cloud looms over the area.
With the wind still flowing, the sign for The Woolpack pub is barely hanging on as it dangles off the post.

This is the very first glimpse ahead of spoilers being revealed of what happens in the village, and the level of damage and devastation viewers can expect.
Earlier this year, bosses teased the big events and hinted at a birth, a wedding and a devastating series of stunts.
It's thought there could be more than one death, with funerals teased, while it's been confirmed most, if not all, of the characters will feature in the scenes.

Not only that, but some characters will be left seriously injured, as they fight for their lives in a series of epic stunts - and three big returns will air too.
One stunt is said to have never been done before by any soap, and to be something "only Emmerdale can do".
Bosses also teased the timeline of the events, with the month kicking off with the Faith Dingle death storyline, before leading into the big storm week.

From there, viewers will witness the aftermath of the incident as lives are changed forever - and it's thought the village could be destroyed, literally.
Storylines formed during this week and prior, and the events that have taken place, will lead to new storylines going forward for the rest of the year.
More spoilers and details will be confirmed closer to the big week.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
