Emmerdale fans workout 'sinister' Caleb's next move after Kyle's killer confession

Emmerdale viewers think they have worked out what Caleb Dingle will do after Kyle Winchester confessed to the murder of Al Chapman.

Caleb, who is Kyle’s uncle, had given him advice before going to the police, and in today’s (December 31) episode he also gave Moira a lawyer's card before she went to see Cain in prison.

Kyle, who went to the police station with a jumper with blood on, was arrested following the confession but was released on bail pending investigation. Viewers have been left theorising that Caleb will take the wrap for both Kyle and Cain following his return to the Dales.

Twitter user @KickAssCantona2 said: “Caleb ends up taking the rap for Kyle & Cain obviously #Emmerdale” However, not everyone trusts that he has the best of intentions after spotting his worse for wear wallet.

@Thedragon18137 said: “Did anyone else see Caleb’s wallet looking a bit worse for wear? Maybe he’s broke and wants to swindle the village out of some cash… #Emmerdale’s turning into Corrie.”

@griannedoherty3 said: “OMG, that look Caleb gave Moira. He's definitely up to something sinister here. After all, what better way to get his so-called revenge on Cain than having his own Son locked up, right? #Emmerdale”

@yasmin_ali10 added: “#emmerdale oh poor Caine he shouldn't be inside whilst everyone else is celebrating the new year, Moira what have you done, don't feel I can trust Caleb.”
