Emmerdale fans believe they have "worked out" who Nicky the nanny's mum is, and if their theories are right it is someone viewers will certainly recognise.
The most recent episode continued to explore the fallout after Gabby Thomas got engaged to Nicky. Nicky was appointed by Kim Tate, who has been concerned ever since the two got engaged.
Kim is worried something more sinister at play and Nicky is trying to get his hands on her money.

Gabby was previously in a relationship with Kim's son, Jamie, and the two share a child named Thomas. Kim agreed to take in Gabby when she found out about the pregnancy and has since offered her a job.
Jamie was last seen in the fictional Yorkshire village in 2021 when his car crashed into a lake, and some soap fans believe Nicky has something to do with Jamie and that there is some kind of plan involving baby Thomas.
However, other viewers have aired different ideas. Taking to a Facebook group dedicated to all things Emmerdale, one avid soap fan said: "I think Caleb is Nicky's dad and Sadie King is his mum. Nicky is planning to marry Gabby and take over Home Farm with his dad?"
Another social media user replied: "You could be right I read somewhere there's someone coming back in to Jimmy's life and he's not happy", while another response read: "Yeah and it's all a ruse about his mum dying".
A third said: "Definitely think the two are connected, but what grievance they hold over Kim I'm not sure". A fourth said: "Nicky does look like Sadie!"
