Emmerdale fans 'work out' what will happen next with Faith Dingle

Monday's instalment of Emmerdale left viewers with a theory as to what would happen next in Faith Dingle's cancer story-line.

Emmerdale fans saw Faith dropped off at hospital by Wendy. The Dingle matriarch then underwent her chemotherapy session alone.

During the treatment, she met another cancer patient, a woman accompanied by her young son. The boy went to fetch some coffees for his mum and Faith.

When asked if she had children, Faith began to tell a web of lies. She said her son Cain was busy doing some DIY at her house, while her daughter "couldn't get a babysitter".

She went on to say Cain called her first thing every morning, and was constantly turning up, making her a cuppa, a sandwich and a scone.

Meanwhile, Chas walked into Butler's Farm to return a tool to Moira, and was taken aback to see Nate stood there in a towel around his waist. Later, after returning to get her keys, Chas overheard Moira talking on the phone.

Moira said: "Tomorrow? Yeah, this place will be empty". As Chas looked suspicious, many fans at home had a theory.

Vicky said: "I bet Chas thinks Moira, and Nate are having an affair again, and believes Faith ‘knows’, and thinks that’s why those two have been acting weird". Steph said: "There's gonna be a big showdown in the Woolpack over 'Moira and Nate' and that's how Faith's cancer will come out. In front of everyone".

Lorna B said: "Faith is gonna get the blame for an affair that isn't even happening".

This week, Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
