Emmerdale fans think they have worked out exactly what Caleb Milligan will do when - or if - he wakes up after being placed in an induced coma. The ITV soap newcomer, played by Will Ash, was seen tumbling off a woodland ridge last week after being pushed by a mystery figure.
Caleb had made a few enemies before he was left for dead as he was outcast from the village for attempting to bring down Kim Tate while managing to ruin Butler's Farm, which is owned by his half-brother Cain Dingle's wife Moira, and leaving Gabby Thomas heartbroken after his son, Nicky, came clean about being gay and his dad's plan on their wedding day.
After being thrown out of the pub by half-sister Chas after taking potshots at her, Cain, Mackenzie Boyd and Leyla Cavanagh, Caleb was seen walking away before being seen by himself in the woods, screaming into thin air as the frustrations of what's been happening, after his plan to bring Kim Tate down was exposed, became too much. But unbeknownst to him, a mystery figure had pursued him and as he let out his emotions on a woodland ridge, Caleb was suddenly pushed him over the edge.

His lifeless body was then seen being left sprawled on the ground below before he was found by Cain who got him help. But the police have since been questioning the suspicious main suspects, all who had a gripe with Caleb before he was left fighting for his life in hospital.
While it is Mack who is currently being accused of attempted murder, during Tuesday night's trip to the Dales (June 20), the truth was finally revealed as Nicky arrived at the hospital to visit his dad where Chas and Charity Dingle were by his bedside after doctors suggested they were going to try wake him up.
After Chas and Charity filled him in on what had happened, they decided to leave him to have some time alone with Caleb. But as Nicky sat by his dad’s bedside in tears, he made what could have been - or still could be - his killer confession, saying: "I thought I’d killed you."
Emmerdale fans were quick to flock to social media to say they 'knew it' after already guessing Nicky was behind the attack. And with Caleb having caught a glimpse of his attacker, viewers think they know what will happen if Caleb wakes.
