Emmerdale fans have spotted a problem after Chloe Harris gave birth to her baby boy while they have also asked producers to make a side character permanent.
During the latest episode on April 20, Chloe welcomed her son Reuben into the world while his dad got married to Charity Dingle. Fans are getting increasingly frustrated that Charity is still in the dark about Mackenzie Boyd's affair and are hoping his secret will soon be revealed.
Following heartwarming scenes that show Chloe bonding with her baby, fans took issues with the timeline of events as well as the baby's size. Many think the baby is "too big" to be a newborn while others believe Reuben was also born too early.

@aaron_dingles tweeted: "So they're just going to ignore the fact the baby is almost two months early, they really can not be a**** anymore can they."
@ChurchieBoy1986 commented: "Chloe gave birth to a toddler." @PJDavies1962 wrote: "Chloeman’s baby will be in primary school by the end of the episode…it’s huge."
And @ASuperGav joked: "Well, that was a speedy delivery. Chloe should work for Royal Mail." They later added: "Next episode will be Reuben’s 1st birthday." And @page_lace30 tweeted: "Mack’s baby will have teeth next month lol."
Meanwhile, fans appeared to enjoy the scenes featuring PC Mike Swirling tonight and have begged producers to make him a more permanent character. @EastieOaks said: "Love that Amelia got the all clear and can we get more Pc Swirling PLEASE??"
@arjapu wrote: "More PC Swirling, please! He was brilliant on tonight’s episode. A really good episode it was! Well done Emmerdale!"
@phdannmarie asked: "Why can’t they keep swirling in #emmerdale more there’s so much potential there." @Surfingspaniel agreed, saying: "Ok we need Swirling as a full time character."
