Emmerdale fans spot major flaw with Cain Dingle's prison storyline

Emmerdale fans have spotted a major flaw regarding Cain Dingle's current stint in prison.

In Tuesday night's episode, viewers witnessed Mackenzie 'Mack' Boyd visiting the Dingle bad boy, who is currently in prison for the murder of Al Chapman. Soap lovers will know that Cain did not kill Al, but is in fact covering for his son Kyle, who mistakenly shot him.

Mack arrived at the prison to tell Cain his wife Moira had left the village in search of Kyle and his mum, Amy, who has taken him away to try and stop him revealing he is the true killer. Viewers watched as Cain became angry when Mack revealed he too knew that it was Kyle who shot Al.

But it wasn't Cain's angry outburst that shocked viewers. They were more amazed at the number of visitors he is getting while he is in prison.

So far, viewers have seen Cain be visited by Chas, Moira, Amy and now Mack, in just a couple of weeks. Fans took to Twitter to express their dismay.

Twitter user @Samanth22356123 said: "Is Cain in a hospital rather than a prison? The amount of times people just drop in for for a visit?! #Emmerdale."

@seahorsenufc added: "More visiting orders than you can shake a stick at #emmerdale." @kezzab333 said: #Emmerdale's prison is more like a drop in centre for visitors."

How long Cain will continue to take the blame for Kyle remains to be seen. You can visit our Emmerdale homepage to find the latest gossip about the soap and its stars.
