Emmerdale fans spotted a huge blunder on the ITV soap as Vinny Dingle visited girlfriend Liv in hospital.
In horrifying scenes last night, Liv was beaten up by a fellow inmate in prison and was rushed to hospital to get treatment, with her boyfriend understandably devastated by the turn of events.
As he headed into hospital to see Liv, there were two police officers guarding her room as Liv is still being held by police as they believe she is behind Ben Tucker's murder - when in fact it was Meena Jutla who killed him.
"Vinny Dingle, I should be on a visiting list. I spoke to the prison people," he told the guards as he approached the room.
However, fans of the ITV soap pointed out a huge blunder as he was let into the room without them even checking his ID.
"Vinnie storms in announcing 'he should be on visiting list as he spoke to prison people'. No name asked for. He just walks into room. No mask as per usual. #emmerdale," one wrote.
Another viewer of the show quizzed why Vinny was able to enter the hospital without wearing a mask, writing: " #Emmerdale @emmerdale How on earth is Vinny able to march through a hospital with no mask??"
In sad scenes, Vinny tried to encourage Liv to be more positive - but she wasn't having it.
"I'm begging you to stop thinking like this," he told her.
"You think I want this? Everything rests on a coma victim. Manpreet's already flatlined once," she began, before soon turning nasty as she said: "You're making it worse. Just go or I'll call security, tell them you've been harassing me."
Fans of the soap felt terrible for Vinny, as he left the hospital in tears.
"Poor Vinny, no one's had Liv's back more than him since the start of all this mess #Emmerdale," one wrote, as a second added: "Why is Liv being so bitchy... Vinny was the only one on your side. #Emmerdale."
A third shared: "Liv's got to stop taking it out on Vinny. He nearly died trying to prove her innocence. The fact the police wont take him seriously is not his fault. #Emmerdale."
