Emmerdale fans have pointed out Gabby's error as she tried to get revenge on Amelia for dropping her baby.
The ITV soap aired some dramatic scenes last night, as Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) found out she was expecting a baby, but she didn't even know she was pregnant in the first place.
She has been struggling with her health issues as of late, dizzy spells and such, but whilst she assumed it was just from the weight gain syrup she was taking, when the doctors saw her, they realised she was expecting a baby.
Amelia found herself in the hospital being examined after she rushed there with Thomas, who was also being checked on.
But on tonight's episode, Gabby took her revenge on Amelia - and decided to serve the teenager and her dad papers, evicting them from their home, owned by Thomas' grandmother Kim.
Angry, Gabby gave them just 48 hours to leave - but fans spotted an issue with her demand which would mean it wouldn't stand up and the eviction wouldn't be able to go ahead.
One frustrated viewer said: " @emmerdale Gabby's served the Eviction Notice on the Wrong Person! Don't think it will stand up!"
"Its not that easy to evict someone. Surely the producers of #emmerdale must know that . Don't they check up on anything like the law? Stupid nonsense Emmerdale has become," another fan wrote.
A third penned: "Er! Why is Gabby serving Amelia with an eviction notice? It’s not her name on the tenancy. #emmerdale."

Amelia was shocked when she found out she was expecting, as she pressed her doctors to tell her what was wrong as they revealed to her something came up in her urine test - and she was completely floored by the news.
"There was something flagged on your urine test, Amelia," the doctor said, "Are you aware that you're pregnant?"
It was as though her world imploded, as fans rushed to social media to guess who the father could be.
