Emmerdale fans have been left divided after Paddy revealed Vanessa and Charity almost kissed.
During tonight’s episode (Wednesday) viewers saw Moira and Charity having a chat in the Woolpack Pub before Paddy overheard the pair’s conversation.
Charity was trying to persuade Moira to speak with Mackenzie before he goes abroad but after Charity leaves, Paddy tells Moira about the kiss between her and Charity.

Fans accused Paddy of giving “Moira another reason to give Charity a Glasgow kiss.”
And they also talked about the writers and the way they portray Charity, with some suggesting that there are different writers who aren't being consistent in their approach to the character.

However, fans have had mixed reactions to the episodes over Charity’s portrayal.
