Emmerdale’s 50th anniversary episode has brought tears and laughs but there’s one thing which is catching the eye for many viewers.
A storm has hit the village as part of Sunday’s episode which has centred around Kim Tate’s wedding to Will Taylor. The episode started with Kim, played by Claire King, riding a horse as a nod to the show’s first ever episode.
The character of Kim later arrived for her wedding wearing a rather striking red outfit for the service. Many took to Twitter to give their thoughts on the outfit with some making reference to a famous film.

We saw @KBMarketing post: “Looks like kim tate auditioning for the next greatest showman #emmerdale.” While @WPTench added: “Kim Tate showing up at her wedding #greatshowman.”
Another viewer @thepugsmummy wrote: “Awwwww Kim Tate looks amazing. I like Kim now she’s with Will #Emmerdale.” While @danniegordon said: “Guess Kim Tate is getting married at 7 and showcasing a Shania Twain “Man I Feel Like A Woman” tribute at 8 #Emmerdale.”
