Emmerdale viewers have been left fuming after ITV bosses pushed back tonight's episode and cut the one long special to half an hour.
Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II last week, the soap has had irregular release schedules as a number of broadcast changes have been made to make way for news coverage.
To make up for the disruptions soap fans were promised a double helping of the show however, in a last minute schedule chang ITV bosses decided to continue their news coverage and cut Emmerdale short as well as pushing it back from 8pm to 8.30pm.

The other displaced episode will now air on Sunday at 6.30pm but viewers are far from impressed with the sudden change.
