Emmerdale fans were floored by Heath's huge transformation as he returned to the ITV soap this evening.
Heath Hope (Sebastian Dowling) made a rare appearance on the show tonight, as he was quizzed by Bob and Dan over Amelia Spencer's (Daisy Campbell) recent collapse and what led up to it.
He is Cathy - Amelia's best friend - twin sister and he was sat down and quizzed over what happened the night before, as news of Amelia collapsing spread to Bob and Dan, with their concerns having grown over her.
The teenager has been struggling to cope with the pressures of society.
She has been exercising hard and even decided to take something she bought off the internet to try and keep her figure, with the unknown item leading her to briefly collapse whilst she drunk with her friends.
But during tonight's show, fans were most distracted by Heath's changing appearance as he appeared on the show.
"Well Heath has changed! Same actor though looking at the credits. #Emmerdale," one wrote, as a second added: "Has Emmerdale ’s Heath changed actor or is his hair just a lot longer?"
A third shared: "Is that a different Heath? Has he been playing in a boy band? #Emmerdale," with a fourth penning: "Heath? You look so different, then again we haven't seen you for about three years #emmerdale."
Another quizzed: "Wow, and by magic, Heath appears out of the blue, Not hanging with the crowd, yet knows what's happening. I still reckon the twins ages don't add up with Amelia and Samsons age, ain't they suppose to be near April's age or Arthur? #emmerdale."
Amelia has been struggling with social media and the pressures of it. She has taken a dodgy online weight gain product in a bid to try and increase her followers, but without knowing what it is, she has been reacting badly to it.
Elsewhere, on tonight's episode, Kim learned the truth about Will's deception - and how he had been helping Gabby and Dawn to try and track down Jamie Tate as they were convinced he was alive.
However, it was revealed in a twist that Jamie had paid the private investigator to hide the real DNA results.
