Emmerdale’s Cain Dingle was charged with Al Chapman's murder following their explosive showdown however viewers are convinced they are figured out the real killer and it’s not Cain.
Viewers heard a gunshot at the end of Monday night's episode and During tonight's show it was revealed that Cain shot Al after finding out about his affair with sister Chas.
Cain attempted to flee the scene however was caught by Al’s fiancé Kerry, who was a short distance away from the barn when the gun went off.

Cain insisted that it wasn't what it looked like however was forced to say goodbye to his wife Moira and their children after armed police took him to police station.
Despite the eyewitness, Cain lied to the police and told them he'd heard a gunshot on his property and went to check it out.
Even though he insisted that he had nothing to do with it Cain was officially charged with the murder of Al. But viewers are convinced that Cain is innocent and the real killer is in fact Aaron Dingle - they believe Cain is taking the blame to protect him.
