You might know Emmerdale star Olivia Bromley as the soap’s Dawn Taylor but away from the show she has an exciting life in a band.
Emmerdale fans have seen Olivia portray Dawn since 2018 and she’s had her fair share of intense storylines down the years. He’s currently a target of soap villain Meena Jutla - played by Paige Sandhu.
Many might not know, away from Emmerdale, Olivia has an alter ego fronting band Damsen.

For those wanting to know a little more about the group on their Facebook page the London five-piece are described as a group whose hazy vocals, provided by the Emmerdale star, soar across downtempo rhythms and sleek guitar riffs.
Some of Damsen’s songs include Something Good and This isn’t Love.

In a recent interview with our colleagues at The Mirror, Olivia, spoke a little about her music aspirations.
She was asked which co-star she’d collaborate with and spoke about the musical talents of her on-screen father Will - played by Dean Andrews.
Olivia said: “I suppose we’re like the Von Trapps. He’s a fantastic singer. We have an Emmerdale band that various cast members sing in, but because of Covid we haven’t been able to do any gigs.”
Many Emmerdale fans would surely love to see a supergroup from the soap in action.
We reckon Zak Dingle would be on drums!
