Laura is known for her role in the long-running soap opera as Kerry Wyatt. She became engaged to Emmerdale co-star Mark Jordon and in January 2021, the couple announced they were expecting their first child.
The Kerry Wyatt actress had her head turned by Mark during his brief stint acting alongside her. Even though he has left the ITV soap the couple's relationship is still very much on.
Laura revealed that it wasn't love at first sight. ”The Emmerdale set was where we first met, but no it wasn't love at first sight!" she said.
"We didn't have a chance to get to know each other properly at first as Mark was only there for two weeks. Our paths crossed later, we became close friends, then the unexpected happened and now we have a baby – it's bizarre when I think about it!"
