Over the years Hannah has made her comeback into acting, most recently, she was in seasons one and two of BBC’s In The Club where she plays the role of Rosie Hutchinson.
This was her first TV role since leaving the ITV soap.
Victoria's journey on the soap has seen her get married to Adam Barton, who was played by Adam Thomas on the show.
She was also involved in a storyline which saw her run over vicar Ashley Thomas and falling in love with Adam's brother Ash.
Victoria was also the victim of a horrific rape, leading to her pregnancy and the birth of a son named Harry.
