Emmerdale will air a horrific car crash next week - as one character fights of their life.
In scenes on the ITV soap next week, Belle is still adamant to try and get Tom and Jimmy to get along despite their past differences. Things all seem to be going well until Jimmy reveals something about Carl.
Devastated, Tom leave sin a hurry and struggles to process the fact that his father murdered his grandfather whilst Belle attempts to comfort him, worrying about his reaction to the things in her own past too.
Despite this, Belle is adamant she wants to be open and honest with him about what happened.
As Belle reveals she accidentally killed Gemma, he runs away, clearly unable to process what he's just been told whilst Belle is convinced that is the end of the pair's romance for good despite his return to the village.
Tom is struggling as Jimmy comes into the Woolpack and tries to defend Carl over what he did. Still reeling from what Belle told him, the vet is clearly fuming at Jimmy and squares up to him in anger and frustration.
Later, Nicola tells Jimmy he's done the right thing by cutting Tom out of his life as things are starting to have a big effect on everyone around them including their own family. He needs to focus on his immediately family, she tells him.
So she is less than impressed when she arrives home to see Angel waiting outside because Jimmy hasn't taken her to the dentist.
Angry, and stressed, she decides to take her herself - but things take a nasty turn when she has an accident.
As she drives towards the dentist, she ends up colliding with Moira at an unsighted junction outside the village. Both women are horrified when they look and see Angel unconscious in the back of Nicola's car, which has been badly crushed.
Are both women injured too - or is it just Angel that's taken the force of the crash? Will Angel be ok?
