Emmerdale fans were predicting a car crash as Belle Dingle found a new partner in tonight's episode.
The character, played by Eden Taylor-Draper, continued to express her dissatisfaction with work at the B&B on Wednesday's edition of the long-running soap. Belle has grand ideas to turn Eric Pollard's business into a wellness retreat.
She ran her ideas past Al Chapman in the latest episode, who is on the hunt for a new job after he failed to take ownership of the Woolpack earlier this year. Al was impressed by Belle's enthusiasm and offered to help her pitch the idea to Eric.

Al is known for his scheming ways and has previously been embroiled in rivalries with many members of the Dingle family. Viewers following the show on Twitter were worried about the blossoming relationship in tonight's show.
Bobby said: "looks like Al is about to manipulate another member of the Dingle family."
Tam added: "Why is Belle even talking to Al?"
Mike posted : "Belle stay well clear of Al for god sake."
Sophie tweeted :"Big brain businessman Al. Gonna go into business with Belle. gonna be a literal car crash."
