An unlikely affair is seemingly brewing in Emmerdale with Cain Dingle at the centre of it.
As Emmerdale fans know, Cain Dingle, played by Jeff Hordley, has been in a relatively stable relationship with Moira, played by Natalie J Robb, since 2013. Jeff, 53, has been speaking to our colleagues at the Daily Star about what the future might hold for the pair.
“We have a very stable relationship so you can throw conflict at us, I do think you have to have some stable couples,” Jeff explained. “But I would love to have a storyline that's an 'almost' affair, like are they gonna?"

A co-star was in earshot of Jeff and offered an unlikely pairing. Rebecca Sarker, who plays Manpreet Sharma, joked: "Maybe you and me?", before adding: "It's cute and very dramatic, it's not too much angst, it's quite nice for people to just sit there and watch."
