The Lions cornerback left Sunday’s 42-24 blowout win over the Carolina Panthers after just two plays, clutching at his right knee. It was his Detroit debut after missing the first four games while recovering from a torn left ACL in Week 5 of the 2022 season while a member of the San Francisco 49ers.
Buy Lions TicketsThe worst fears for Moseley were confirmed on Monday morning. Per Adam Schefter and others, Moseley tore the right ACL on the non-contact play. He will miss the rest of the 2023 season.
Detroit got just two plays from Moseley, who signed a one-year, $6 million contract as a free agent this offseason.
