Emma Willis was visibly upset as she received a message from her husband Matt Willis while climbing Mount Cairn Gorm for Red Nose Day 2023.
The former Big Brother presenter was joined by fellow TV stars Rylan Clark and Oti Mabuse for the gruelling challenge which certainly tested them.
Emma, 46, and her co-stars took the opportunity to rest for the night while completing their gruelling challenge before they received video messages from their nearest and dearest.
The three celebrities were tackling the mountain in a bid to raise millions for Comic Relief with Rylan recently admitting to packing a coffee machine to help him through the task.
During Emma's video, her Busted musician husband Matt said: "Hi baby, it seems so bonkers what you're doing right now. We've always told the kids that they can do anything they want and you're proving that to them by doing this and they're very impressed with their mum.
"And I'm very impressed with my wife, you're the most incredible person I've ever met in my life, you've got this. We love you."
As she watched the video, Emma became emotional and began to tear up before Rylan said: "Cor, you got a good one, didn't you?"
Following their intense expedition Matt met Emma at the finish line as the pair embraced one another during an emotional reunion.
Gushing over his wife, Matt said: "She's a determined woman, so I'm so pleased they got to summit today, because she would have been dragging me out to do it next year, so I'm really pleased she did it on her own."
Elsewhere, Dancing On Ice judge Oti received a video from her sister Motsi who said: "What you're doing is incredible, and I know certainly you're a fighter, you will make it up to the end, and if you ever doubt yourself.
"Just remember, who you are, Oti Mabuse, the one and only."
Rylan was also sent a video message from his beloved mum, Linda who couldn't help but gush over her son, saying: "Just a few little words, to say we're all proud of you and we know you can achieve this.
"Because everything you have achieved is marvellous, just be careful, because it's going to be hard work but just carry on and think of what you're doing it for. Love you and I'll see you when you get home."
Comic Relief airs on Friday, March 17 on BBC One.
