Emma Roberts and Garrett Hedlund have reportedly called it quits on their three-year romance.
The lovebirds are believed to have called off their romance 'a couple of weeks ago' after they found themselves unable to make their rocky relationship work any longer.
Hollywood actress Emma, 30, and Troy actor Garrett, 37, welcomed their first child - one-year-old son Rhodes - last year.
And after one short year of parenting their adorable tot together, the pair are reportedly now co-parenting their baby son after their recent split.
According to PEOPLE, the break-up has been extremely difficult for both Emma and Garrett.
An insider close to the pair told the publication: "It's sad. And they are trying their best to co-parent. It's been hard."
The news of their sudden split comes just one month after the pair celebrated their son's first birthday.
Proud mum Emma treated her beautiful boy to a special rodeo-themed birthday bash - and she shared a glimpse inside the celebrations on her Instagram page.
"Loved every second of it. I love you Rhodes," the star wrote at the time.
Emma and Garrett first started dating in March 2019.
And just over one-year later, the pair announced that they were expecting their first child together.
Emma gave birth to baby Rhodes in December 2020, but she waited to reveal the good news and the name of their baby until January 2021.
At the time, a source told PEOPLE that actor Garrett had 'stepped up' since the pair welcomed their baby son.
"Having a newborn in the pandemic has been a lot harder than either of them expected, but they're really, really trying their best to figure things out," the insider told.
"Garrett totally stepped it up after Emma was still recovering after giving birth.
'He made sure that their house was stocked with things that Emma liked and needed so she felt comfortable. She's just starting to get back into a more "normal' routine."'
American Horror Story star Emma was previously engaged to Evan Peters, whom she dated from 2012 to 2019.
Meanwhile, Garrett was briefly engaged to Kirsten Dunst, who he dated for four years.
