Emily Ratajkowski’s Glamorous 2024 Oscars Night Takes Unexpected Turn With Wardrobe Malfunction

Emily Ratajkowski took a fashion risk at the 96th Academy Awards. She made a daring statement at a prestigious post-Oscars party, going braless in a show-stopping gown and seemingly revealing more skin than intended, amidst celebrating her son’s third birthday on International Women’s Day.

On Sunday (March 10), the 32-year-old model attended the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscars party in a stunning white gown by French fashion label Jacquemus.

Emily donned a braless, floor-length, strapless, and backless dress as she struck glamorous poses for photographers at the star-studded event held at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, California.

The Gone Girl actress’ gown encompassed a square front that delicately draped over her body, complemented by a sheer train at the back.

While the bold dress largely hid her modesty, Emily did reportedly experience a minor wardrobe malfunction, with a small case of “nip slip” when she leaned at an angle, causing the material of her gown to shift away from her body and expose her breast.

Meanwhile, her brunette locks were styled into loose waves cascading around her shoulders, enhancing her glamorous appearance with a smokey eye and nude lipstick.

Emily was joined by many prominent Hollywood stars, including Salma Hayek, who shimmered in a sequined Gucci gown, Chloë Sevigny, who matched her red lipstick to her Simone Rocha ensemble, and Greta Lee, who wore custom Loewe, as per Vanity Fair.

Emily has had a bustling schedule lately, as she marked her son Sylvester’s third birthday on Friday (March 8) by sharing an adorable Reel video on her Instagram, capturing heartwarming moments of the mother-son duo giggling, cuddling, and posing together.

“Sly is THREE! This day three years ago I felt my beautiful baby’s soul come into the world and held him to my chest and my god—how the time has flown,” the proud mom wrote in her caption.

“Witnessing Sly become the loving, curious, funny, and kind person he is has been the joy of my life. I feel so lucky to call myself Sly’s mama. I can’t wait to see what comes next,” she added.

Emily shares custody of Sly with her ex-husband, actor and producer Sebastian Bear-McClard, whom she married in 2018.

The published author gave birth to their son on March 8, 2021. Sebastian and Emily separated in July 2022.
