Emily Ratajkowski has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard two months after they split.
When they split, it was claimed that the 41-year-old cheated on the 31-year-old model.
According to PageSix, Emily filed for divorce on Thursday at the Manhattan Supreme Court.
The publication also claimed that their divorce is being contested, which means there are issues to be litigated.
Mirror have contacted Emily's representatives for comment.
Back in July, the same publication reported that the two parted ways.
A friend of the model brutally told the outlet: "Yeah, he cheated. He’s a serial cheater. It’s gross. He’s a dog."
Model Emily was also spotted out and about without her wedding ring.
The couple tied the knot in February 2018 and together they welcomed a baby named Sylvester in March last year.
Emily and Sebastian surprised their fans back in 2018 when they announced they had tied the knot secretly.
Blurred Lines dancer Emily told fans via social media at the time: "I have a surprise. I got married today."
Meanwhile, earlier this month, the model teased that 'ugly men' are her type.
The mother-of-one has kept her relationship status quiet in recent weeks, but took to TikTok over last weekend to seemingly throw a little shade.

Emily took to the platform to share a video by user @heypiera, who had created a post with the caption: "When he thinks he's a 10 because he pulled you but you like ugly men."
Alongside the original clip, the actor added a response, in which she was seen wearing a red bikini top and apparently supporting the comment made by the other social media user.
Her response saw her lip sync to the lyric: "How can I say this in a friendly way?"
She used a lyric from a remix of the song Pump 101 by Digga D and Still Brickin'.
The video was shared with her 1.6 million followers on TikTok. She also uploaded it to her Instagram Story.
