Emily Atack says being bombarded with sexually explicit images from men puts her off her cornflakes.
The unwanted trolling starts as soon as she wakes up and she receives pictures of “about 10 penises I have not asked to see” before breakfast.
The 32-year-old actress says the unwanted messages can take their toll, adding: “If someone sends me a sexually explicit message, I’m like, ‘Why have they said that to me?’
“It makes you question who you are and why you’re single.”
The Celebrity Juice panellist has always been open about her rocky love life, joking: “I try and stay away from things that aren’t good for me.
"It’s hard when you are a little mischievous, like me!”
Emily – whose exes are said to include England ace Jack Grealish, singer Harry Styles and comedian Seann Walsh – adds that the life lesson she has found the toughest to swallow is that “sometimes some people and some things are just not meant for you”.
But after finishing runner-up to Harry Redknapp on I’m A Celebrity... in 2018, she has found more strength and resilience as each year passes.
"I stay the same person deep down and I’ve known me for a very long time,” Emily says.
"But I’ve learned how to deal with other people and how to deal with the craziness of the industry I am in.”
Emily is still best known for the role she shot to fame playing when she was 18 – schoolgirl Charlotte in the smash-hit Channel 4 sitcom The Inbetweeners.
In 2020 she joined the Celebrity Juice panel alongside Keith Lemon and Laura Whitmore, saying the trio are “such good mates”.
“It’s amazing,” she says. “It’s one of my favourite jobs I’ve ever done.
"I’m so lucky I get to mess around with my friends for TV and call it work.
"We have such a laugh. I never want it to end.”
And while she’s still looking for the right man, Luton-born Emily reveals her real loves are her family and cavalier King Charles spaniel Penny.
“Me and my family are all incredibly close,” she adds.
"They are my real life. We’ve all been through so much together and nothing can ever break us. I’m so unbelievably lucky to have them.
“It’s great having my little Penny around to keep me company when I’m having an off-day.
“Dogs are a great reason to get outdoors for a long walk to clear your mind.
“I have no choice but to get up and out of bed to walk her.
"Even if I’m knackered and don’t want to get up, she motivates me to get things done because she’s my responsibility now.”
