A man has been rushed to hospital after an incident which saw his bike being crushed between two cars in Cork city on Monday.
The incident occurred at around 7.15pm on Grand Parade.
The male Deliveroo rider was injured after his bike became caught between a car in front of him and a jeep that was pulling out from behind the cyclist, reports Cork Beo.

Emergency services, including an ambulance and gardai, rushed to the scene, and the man was accessed by paramedics.
He was taken to hospital and is said to have sustained "non-life threatening injuries".
In a statement on Monday evening, gardai said: "Gardaí are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision involving a bicycle and a car that occurred at approximately 7:15pm on Monday, 28th March, 2022, in the Grand Parade area of Cork City.
"The cyclist was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries. No other injuries to persons was reported.
"The road is expected to reopen fully shortly."
The road has since reopened.
