Emergency services rush to Glasgow's south side after reports of 'potential firearm'

Emergency services rushed to the south side of Glasgow this evening following reports of a "potential firearm" being discovered.

The incident occurred at around 5.20pm on Thursday, March 30 on Mount Annan Drive. Police Scotland raced to the scene shortly afterwards.

Officers confirmed they were in attendance, with enquiries into the incident ongoing. They also confirmed there is no risk to the public following the disturbance.
