A man was found dead inside a Paisley flat yesterday.
Emergency service crews visited the property on Gordon Street yesterday afternoon after being made aware of the death around 2pm.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances around the man’s death and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.50pm on Thursday, December 22, we were made aware of the body of a man being found within a property in the Gordon Street area of Paisley.
“Officers attended and there are no suspicious circumstances.
"A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.”
Also in attendance, assisting police and ambulance crews, was the fire service.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson added: "We were called at 2pm on Thursday, December 22, to assist emergency service partners at an incident on Gordon Street, Paisley.
"Operations Control mobilised one appliance to the scene to assist."
