There is a large emergency service presence on a street in Cardiff following a "medical emergency". The ambulance service as well as air ambulance vehicles are on the A4119 Corporation Road in Grangetown. The fire service were also present but have now left the scene.
The road was partly blocked in both directions and there was heavy traffic in the area. The incident happened between the Esso Garage and A4160 Penarth Road. The road had been blocked since around 12.20pm, but appeared to have been cleared by about 1pm.
A spokesperson from South Wales Fire and Rescue service said: "At approximately 11.56am on Wednesday the 26th of October 2022, we received a special service call for assistance on Corporation Road in Grangetown, Cardiff.
"Crews from Cardiff Central and Roath attended the scene, but no action was taken. A stop message was received at approximately 12.44pm."
The ambulance service and the air ambulance have been contacted for comment.
