Elton John is performing at Anfield on Friday as the star’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour arrives into Liverpool.
The star is one of three big acts to perform at the home of Liverpool FC this summer, with the Rolling Stones having packed out the arena last week and the Eagles taking to the stage on Monday. Elton John is currently on a huge ‘final tour’, which takes in European cities including Hamburg, Barcelona and Stockholm.
He is scheduled to return to Liverpool next year when he will perform at the M&S Bank Arena on April 22 and 23. Ticket holders for the gig at Anfield tomorrow (Friday) are being reminded of rules in place when visiting the stadium. There is a ‘no bag policy’ and no bag storage facilities available.
