Elon Musk Took In The Super Bowl On Sunday Sitting Next To A Media Mogul

The Super Bowl is America's most-watched event every year.

Having a suite at the Super Bowl is reserved for the super rich with reports of luxury suites going for between $1.5 million and $2 million for the big game.

But even if you can afford that no one wants to watch the game alone, so the Super Bowl also often brings together couples who may seem to some to be strange bedfellows.

One couple especially got social media talking on Sunday, Feb. 12.

Elon Musk has turned into one of social media's biggest trolls, and the only thing that triggers liberals more than seeing his face is seeing his face next to the person responsible for broadcasting Fox News to millions of viewers each day.

Needless to say, reactions on Twitter were not kind.

While some commenters definitely just need to get out of the house and off social media more often...

Others were worried about how Musk's company at the Super Bowl would affect Musk's company on the stock exchange.

Others see hypocrisy in the company he keeps.

Musk Turns to the 'Dark Side'

It's been a whirlwind political turnaround for Tesla's (TSLA) CEO.

Musk says that he was formerly a Democrat with left-leaning politics. But now he says he's more of a centrist, who frequently antagonizes Democrats.

Whether there is a dirty tricks campaign against him is up for debate, but a couple of things are clear:

The political left does not like Elon Musk. They also don't like Rupert Murdoch. And the sight of the both of them sitting together in a luxury suite isn't sitting well.
