Celtic have suggested that Twitter turns green in a Saturday night message to new custodian Elon Musk.
It's a good weekend for the Hoops once again after Ange Postecoglou's men came from behind to win 2-1 against Ross County. David Turnbull and Sead Haksabanovic both struck to mean that because of Rangers' 1-1 draw at St Mirren, the Parkhead are now nine points clear at the top of the Premiership heading into this month and next's World Cup break.
Billionaire Musk took charge of the social media giant last month and has brought a number of radical changes in the early days of his reign, including Twitter Blue, which charges user for verification and other features. Celtic have clearly noticed this and while not keen on the colour of their famous rivals within Glasgow, they have posed another question to Musk: "Time to bring out Twitter Green @ElonMusk."

Twitter has suspended the rollout of their new system after a number of imposter accounts appeared. Meanwhile, Postecoglou has hailed another resilient performance from his side.
He told Celtic TV: “We created some fantastic opportunities and I thought their keeper was outstanding and it’s not easy.
"They have a lot of bodies in the box but we still had the composure and quality. We have some really good football players and they showed their qualities and character and I’m pleased for them all.”
