Elon Musk's downsizing plan at Twitter has been messy from the start, but it may have gone completely off the rails after a terminated worker, who happens to be disabled, took the company's CEO to task on the platform.
The drama started when Haraldur Thorleifsson took to Twitter to find out if he had been fired nine days after after he lost access to his work computer.

He addressed Musk directly, stating that the head of the company's Human Resource's department was not able to confirm whether he was still an employee or not.
Musk then conducted what one user called the "most entertaining exit interview I've ever witnessed."
But then Musk decided to get personal, and basically called Mr. Thorleiffson lazy and insinuated that he was leaning on a disability in order to get out of doing work.
The disability, it was revealed, was due to the effects of muscular dystrophy.
Elon apparently deleted a tweet calling the recently fired employee "the worst" but it is unclear why he decided to do so.
Some Twitter users came to Haraldur's defense.
