Ellie Warner's 'heart ripped in two' by boyfriend Nat's accident as she keeps vigil by his bedside

Gogglebox star Ellie Warner is said to be keeping a vigil by boyfriend Nat Eddleston's hospital bed after having her heart 'ripped in two,' by his accident.

Nat was hit by a car in Leeds on Friday, March 18 and is said to have suffered a broken neck and collapsed lung as a result. It was also claimed that his loved ones were concerned he'd been left brain damaged as support came flooding in for Ellie and Nat on social media.

Ellie and sister Izzi have been missing from Gogglebox since the accident, with bosses telling her to take all the time she needs. And, sources say that Ellie has barely been away from Nat since the horrible accident.

A source told The Sun: "Ellie has barely left Nat’s side since the accident. She has been holding his hand and willing him to get better.

"Her heart is totally ripped in two by all of this and she is still in a state of shock about how things have ended up. Right now all that Ellie is focusing on is making sure she is there for Nat, nothing else matters."

Both Ellie and Izzi have been absent from social media but fans and co-stars have posted comments on Ellie's photos of her and Nat to wish him well and let her know he's in their thoughts.

In the commenst section of a lovely photo of them together from August 2020, one of Ellie's followers wrote: "Sending healing thoughts to Nat, wishing him a speedy and full recovery." A second told her: "Sending lots of love, hugs and prayers to you, Nat and your family...can't be easy at all what you're going through."
