Ellie Goulding lead tributes to X Factor star Tom Mann’s fiancée Danielle after she died on wedding day

Stars from the music industry are paying tribute to X Factor star Tom Mann’s fiancée Danielle Hampson after she died aged 34 on their wedding day.

The singer, best known for boyband Stereo Kicks, revealed he has been left “completely broken” on Monday evening after his fiancée’s shock death on Saturday.

Ellie Goulding, Lewis Capaldi, Hrvy and Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle were among the celebrities sending their love in an outpouring of social media tributes following the announcement.

Among them, Goulding wrote on Instagram: “I’m thinking of you non stop… You are so strong. Here for you always. Love you xxxx.”

Capaldi added: “Love you brother.”

Strictly Come Dancing star Hrvy said: “So so so sorry Tom, we all love you, thinking of you man.”

Take That’s Howard Donald said he was “gutted”, having worked alongside Hampson on the band’s 2017 Wonderland tour.

He wrote: “I’m gutted beyond words that one of our dancers on wonderland has passed away. What a beautiful and super talented dancer she was.

“I’m happy to say I danced with her and the uk dance world will be shocked and saddened just like I am.”

Also among the comments, Mimi Webb wrote: “Tom I’m so so sorry. sending all my love to you & thinking of you. love you brother x we are with you.”

Girls Aloud’s Coyle wrote: “Sending so much love, light & healing to you, Bowie & everyone who loved Dani!!”

Emma Bunton added: “Heartbroken for you. A beautiful soul that will live on. Thinking of you all.”

The cause of Hampson’s death remains unknown.

Mann told the world: “I can’t believe I am writing these words but my darling Dani - my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life - passed away in the early hours of Saturday morning, 18th June.

“On what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives ended in irreversible heartbreak.”
