Ellen Show DJ Stephen 'tWitch' Boss celebrated wedding anniversary days before suicide

Stephen 'tWitch' Boss and his wife Allison Holker celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary just days before he was found dead.

Paying tribute to her husband, Allison took to Instagram to share a video from their special day. Tagging Stephen in the clip, Allison said she would "never take you or our love for granted."

Alison penned in the caption: "It’s our 9th anniversary!! I couldn’t be more grateful to celebrate this perfect magical day!!!

"Saying YES to @sir_twitch_alot has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life!! I feel so blessed and loved!!

"I love you baby and I will never take you or OUR love for granted! I LOVE YOU," she wrote in a gushing tribute to her husband.

The video included a slideshow of pictures from their wedding day and was played to the tune of Adele's One and Only.

Stephen also marked the milestone with his own social media tribute, sharing a series of pictures from the ceremony. He wrote: "Happy anniversary my love @allisonholker #9years."

The DJ, who became known for his appearances on the Ellen Show, died from apparent suicide, TMZ has reported. He was just 40 years old.

Stephen's wife is said to have run into an LAPD station on Tuesday after she was left deeply concerned he had left home without his car, which was unlike him, a law enforcement source told the online publication.

A short time later, it has been reported that the police received a call for a shooting at an LA hotel, where Stephen was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Tributes have been pouring in for the star, with singer Tamar Braxton commenting on Allison's latest Instagram post: "Sisssssssster my heart is broken. I’m sooooo sorry."

Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen added: "Praying for your family."

"Heartbreaking I am so sorry for your loss. Sending love and light to your beautiful family," penned Kyle Richards.

Stephen's So You Think You Can Dance co-star, Rudy Abreu, wrote: "My heart is broken right now finding out this news… I am so sorry and I love you.."

Stephen started DJing on Ellen's show in 2014 and remained with the show till it ended earlier this year.

Ellen made Stephen an executive producer on the show in 2020.

Following the end of the Ellen Show, Stephen appeared to be happy spending more time with his three children — Weslie, 14, Maddox, six, and Zaia, three — and wife.
