Ella Wise and Pete Wicks's romance is back on but the TOWIE star admits her older beau is worried about their 11-year age gap.
The ITV stars are dating again after a brief split with Ella addressing Pete's concerns about their on-off relationship.
The blonde beauty, 22, has revealed the 33-year-old is still “worried about what others will think” despite them being happy together.
Ella says they are "still flirty” but it appears Pete isn't totally comfortable despite the blonde being "more mature than her age" as they reignite their romance.
Ella also worries they won't remain pals if things didn't work out between them, and referenced Pete and Chloe Sims - and questioned if it's worth the risk.
She spoke after the pair's cute al fresco date at a vineyard.
Speaking to The Sun, Ella explained: "He is 11 years older than me. It is quite a bit," before stating Pete worries about outside opinions.
"Even Pete doesn't feel like he's talking to a 21-year-old when he talks to me."
Ella went on to say that she’s “not saying it isn’t worth” but “isn’t sure Pete is looking for a relationship.”
In an interview with Closer Magazine in April, Ella said: "When I said to the girls, 'we're quite flirty,' I think they took it as a little thing; they didn't realise how flirty we were. Even the show producers said, 'we can sit there and watch you look at each other.''
Pete broke his silence after being forced to leave Channel 4 show Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins through injury.
The reality star was knocked out after jumping from a helicopter, which left him face down in the water with broken ribs.
While he was able to recover but Pete was later told that he would have to quit the gruelling TV show due to the injuries he had.
This has left a bad taste in the mouth of the reality star, who has said he is 'angry and bitter' at having to walk away from the demanding series.
Speaking for the first time since his departure, Pete told The Sun : "I was gutted actually. Listen, this is a bit of a thing for me, it's like I've always wanted to do this show and the worst thing for me was to be taken out because that's something that I can't control."
Reflecting on leaving the show, Pete admitted "they're a hundred percent right because I wouldn't have been able to carry on with my broken ribs."
He continued to add that he was "absolutely gutted" because he feels "like I failed" and that this was "something that will f***ing haunt me because I just don't fail things."
