- Provides that federal elections and state elections may be held separately and concurrently using the same precincts and polling locations.
- Provides that the general primary election date for state and county officers is the first Tuesday in March in each even-numbered year.

Ballotpedia tracked the most House bills this year in the Texas House of Representatives with 188, while Ballotpedia tracked the fewest House bills in Massachusetts and Ohio with one.
