Two games are on sale right now and available for only $20 each, FromSoftware's Elden Ring and Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon.

The titles are available at their discounted prices for a limited time at various retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, and many others. The sale comes ahead of Black Friday and marks the cheapest the two games will be for their physical editions.

Elden Ring & Armored Core VI Sale

Elden Ring was originally launched in 2022 and has since offered players a massive sale like this before. This is FromSoftware's game of the year title that received its Shadow of the Erdtree expansion this year.

The full package that includes the base game and the expansion normally costs roughly $80 but is currently on sale for only $50.

The good thing here is that you do not necessarily need to get the expansion right away as it was designed to be a continuation of the main story, according to Kotaku.

The Shadow of the Erdtree expansion adds a brand new map and requires you to play dozens of hours in the base game and defeat difficult foes. It also features a ton of new challenging bosses that you can encounter through your runs.

On the other hand, FromtSoftware's Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon is a much more noteworthy part of the recent sale. The game does not usually provide discounted prices for players to dive into its world.

Get Them For Only $20 Each

The actual date for Black Friday this year is Nov. 29, 2024, and will expectedly come with a lot of offers for players to take advantage of. Some studios have already started putting out sales for their games, IGN said.

The popularity of Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon helped it sell more than 3 million copies since releasing in August 2023. This data represents sales for the game across all platforms that it is available on.

This is also a cause for celebration as entries in the Armored Core franchise typically sell only around 250,000 to 500,000 copies each. The main reason for this was that older games in the series had very little or no promotion at all.

What's more, they typically had very bad localization versions that were fortunately corrected for the release of Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon.

FromSoftware also contributed to this as the popularity of its other games contributed to people being more interested, according to Forbes.
