Love Island 's Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu is said to have undergone a non-surgical nose job and had Botox injections shortly before she became an Islander on the ITV2 reality series.
Ekin-Su, 27, is understood to have visited Dr Mo Hamed at one of his Dr Motox Clinics for some treatment prior to taking part in the latest series of the popular ITV show.
Dr Mo, who is better known as Dr Motox, has several clinics, including one that is located on Harley Street in London – with his clients having included a number of celebrities.
He's said to have provided filler injections for Ekin-Su to smooth out a bump on her nose and give her a "perfect curve," as well as wrinkle-reducing Botox in her forehead.
He told the Sun : "A few days before Ekin flew out to Love Island she came into my clinic and had a non-surgical rhinoplasty to contour the nose, lift up the tip and make it look narrower.
"She also had a brow lift, using Botox, to raise the brow slightly and some botox on her forehead to smoothen the expression, reduce lines, wrinkles and crinkles, and allow makeup to stick better."
Dr Motox – who said on Instagram that Ekin-Su came to him for a "pre Love Island makeover" – added that the Islander "was delighted with the results" of the non-invasive procedure.
