Eintracht Frankfurt boss Oliver Glasner has revealed they have studied Rangers so closely they sent a scout to the Celtic showdown - before they even knew they would play them in the Europa League Final.
The Ibrox club face the Bundesliga side on May 18 in the Seville showpiece with the Germans handing their players a couple of days off this week before full preparations kick into gear.
They play Mainz in a local derby on Saturday but Glasner insists they have already turned their spotlight firmly on Giovanni van Bronckhorst 's side.
He said: "We're already in the picture where Rangers are concerned. We even sent a scout to watch the Old Firm derby against Celtic before the Europa League Final was even decided.
"The players might have a couple of days off, but the coaches won't.
"We'll get a very detailed picture of Rangers. They beat RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund, which means they have a lot of quality.
"Very shortly, we'll know everything there is to know about Rangers.
"We won't go to Scotland to watch them now because it is no longer necessary."
