The State reported eight fresh cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours ending Thursday morning. The cumulative tally increased to 23,19,532, while the toll remains at 14,730 as no death was reported in the past couple of weeks.
The active cases tally came down to 251 WITH 45 patients recovering in the past day. The total recoveries increased to 23,04,551.
The active cases tally continues to remain at zero for the third consecutive day in Kurnool.
The district-wise active case tallies are as follows: East Godavari (86), Anantapur (69), Visakhapatnam (21), West Godavari (18), Krishna (13), Srikakulam (10), Nellore (9), Chittoor (8), Guntur (6), Prakasam (4), Vizianagaram (4) and Kadapa (3).
Six districts reported fresh cases in the past day. Krishna reported two fresh cases, while Anantapur, Nellore, Prakasam, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and West Godavari reported one case each.
