Most of the sales in the area during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £981,431, according to Rightmove.
Terraced properties sold for an average of £437,500, with semi-detached properties fetching £517,500. Overall, sold prices in Caldy over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 36% up on the 2020 peak of £671,624.
Other homes on Croft Drive, which are smaller in size, have recently sold after being listed for £915,000 and £982,500. Images of the home show that there are six family rooms, including a study, on top of an impressive eight bedrooms.
The house is decorated in keeping with its Edwardian style, with a warm and homely interior. However, it still caters for a modern day family lifestyle , with a large kitchen with central island and sunroom overlooking the garden.
