It's official, Gabriel Jesus has become Arsenal's fourth signing of the summer transfer window with his £45m move from Manchester City being announced on Monday morning.
Following Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's departure in January and the decision to let Alexandre Lacazette leave upon the expiry of his contract last week, bolstering the centre-forward department was always going to be a priority for Gunners manager Mikel Arteta and technical director Edu.
That is now mission completed with Gabriel Jesus' move officially being confirmed on July 4 making him the fourth new arrival at Arsenal so far this summer following in the footsteps of compatriot Marquinhos, attacking midfielder Fabio Vieira and goalkeeper Matt Turner.

And the 25-year-old has wasted no time in getting familiar with his new club as he granted supporters exclusive access to his very first day at Emirates Stadium which included him visiting the dressing room, seeing the directors' box and heading all the way up to the stadium roof.
Interestingly one of the images from the rooftop had the striker standing in the famous clock end and this particular picture was snapped at 11:15am which is proof that his deal was wrapped up long before Monday morning's announcement. With that said, here are four other things we noticed from the video.
New surroundings
Gabriel Jesus is no stranger to the Emirates Stadium having visited the ground on numerous occasions as a Manchester City player. His most recent visit was at the beginning of the year where he was on the winning side as they came from behind en route to retaining the Premier League title.
But things are different now. In fact, en route to entering the home dressing room for a change, the Brazilian had to turn right instead of left and he even said: "Yeah, not there, here! Home" whilst smiling along with Edu. Furthermore, the striker noticed a four-word message on the wall that he agreed with.
"Fight until the end," he repeated. "I like it" before walking into the dressing room, seeing his new spot and being presented with his Arsenal shirt with number 9 on the back for the very first time which he described as "so beautiful, so beautiful".
The right profile
Out on the pitch and after delivering a glowing verdict of the stadium and Arsenal supporters, Edu outlined the club's vision to Gabriel Jesus: "And you see a good team, a young team as I explained to you the project: What we are looking for, for the future of this club. For the present, and of course for the future of this club," the Brazilian said. "So you are the right profile to impact our present. And then of course to help us go for a beautiful future as we plan to do."
At 25, Jesus is fast approaching his prime and could be one of the senior members of Arteta's first-team squad when the transfer window closes especially if the likes of Lucas Torreira (26), Hector Bellerin, Alex Runarsson, Nicolas Pepe (all 27), Pablo Mari (28) and Bernd Leno (30) all leave.
Home debut excitement
Gabriel Jesus' non-competitive Arsenal home debut is likely to come against Sevilla in the return of a pre-season friendly tournament at the end of the month and he's very much looking forward to doing so: "I'm so excited to play here at the Emirates Cup against Sevilla on July 30," he told fans.
Overall, the general feeling from this 4.46-minute clip was excitement from both parties. Gabriel Jesus looked eager to get started for his new club and Edu gave the impression of someone very pleased with the business the Gunners have managed to conclude.
Edu's transfer shirt
It's becoming a recurring joke amongst some Arsenal supporters on social media that Edu has a 'transfer shirt' and it made another appearance during this video. Announcements for the Vieira and Turner deals in addition to Eddie Nketiah's contract announcement had the Brazilian wearing a formal blue shirt and he continued the trend when welcoming Gabriel Jesus to the club.
