The capital is set to brighten up soon with forecasters predicting highs of 21C during the month of August.
And whilst the weather may not be great right now, the better weather is coming sooner than you think.
According to BBC Weather, it's set to pick up from tomorrow with very little chance of rain compared to today.

Thursday (August 4) will see highs of 19C, much like today, however the sunny intervals will not be followed by as much rain with the sun set to stay out from 7am until 7pm. Then on Friday, the weather is the same again with the sun staying out a little longer until 9pm.
There is a three day period where the sun will disappear behind the clouds however on August 9, it's back out again an will remain out for five days in a row leaving us to soak up some sunshine - and avoiding the rain.
The BBC Weather forecast says that the ninth will see highs of 21 whilst the day after will see a mixture of 20C and 19C up until August 13.

Rather cloudy with showers or the odd longer spell of rain, the best of the drier, brighter conditions through Lothian and Borders. Winds easing and feeling fresher by later afternoon. Maximum temperature 21 °C.
Tonight
Turning quite cloudy during the evening with some rain developing around Dumfries and Galloway and spreading east, a few clear spells later in the night in the west. Minimum temperature 10 °C.
Thursday
Despite a few showers lots of sunshine for the morning, especially for east Lothian. Generally dry and sunny through the afternoon and evening. Feeling cooler than recently. Maximum temperature 19 °C.
Outlook for Friday to Sunday
Bright with sunny spells and a few showers on Friday. Cloudier on Saturday with some rain in the west, then dry and feeling warmer on Sunday.
