Edinburgh locals and visitors will have to brace themselves for thunderstorms on Monday afternoon.
The city is bustling with tourists and summer is in full swing for Scotland. But while we've enjoyed heatwaves, the weather is set to turn this week with showers and thunderstorms for the days ahead.
BBC Weather forecasts that the skies are set to turn grey with scattered showers through the day that could turn heavy and thundery.
